At Luxe Heritage, each piece is designed with intention and crafted to reflect legacy, pride, and individuality. Because many of our items are handmade and made-to-order, we maintain a strict return policy to preserve product integrity and quality.

ALL SALES POLICY

Due to the exclusive and made-to-order nature of our collections, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.

  • You must email us at info@theluxeheritage.com within 7 days of delivery with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the damage
  • If approved, you will receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Items created specifically for you—including custom designs, chapter-specific pieces, pre-orders, and limited collection releases—are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or modified once production begins.

Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

HANDCRAFTED DETAILS

Our designs often feature hand-beaded and artisan elements. Subtle variations in beadwork, texture, and placement are not imperfections—they are a reflection of the craftsmanship behind each piece and part of what makes your item uniquely yours.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, we will make it right.

To initiate a claim:

  • Email us at info@theluxeheritage.com within 3 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

SHIPPING

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Luxe Heritage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered

PROCESSING

Approved claims will be processed within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection.
