At Luxe Heritage, each order is prepared with care and intention. Many of our pieces are handcrafted or produced in limited quantities, which means fulfillment timelines may differ from traditional retail.
We appreciate your patience as we create something meaningful for you.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
- Ready-to-ship items: Processed within 3–5 business days
- Pre-orders & made-to-order items: Processing times will be specified at the time of purchase
Once your order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, and a second email with tracking information once it has shipped.
PRE-ORDERS & LIMITED DROPS
Luxe Heritage frequently releases limited collections and pre-order items.
- Estimated ship windows will be clearly noted on the product page
- These timelines reflect the care involved in sourcing, production, and finishing
- Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are ready
If you need items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY
Shipping timelines vary based on your selected method at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. Luxe Heritage is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, weather, or unforeseen transit issues.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Luxe Heritage is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once marked as delivered.
If you experience an issue:

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Luxe Heritage is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
